Terms and Conditions
1. No purchase is necessary.
2. Entrants must complete the online entry form at www.biggerthanyouthink.com and submit their answers as instructed. Closing date is 11th March 2007.
3. Only one entry per person. Entrants must be over 18.
4. Winners will be chosen at random by an independent judge on 14th March 2007 from all eligible entries. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Winners will be notified by email on 19th March 2007. In the event that a winner declines his/her prize, ntl:Telewest Business may elect, at its discretion, to select an alternative winner.
6. Winners names will be available on request by emailing winners@biggerthanyouthink.com.
7. The following prizes are available to be won in the competition (one per winner): one 42" LG Plasma TV, one double magnum of Veuve Clicquot Brut NV champagne, one giant computer key seat and ten 1kg bars of Cadbury's Dairy Milk chocolate.
8. No cash alternative. Prizes are not transferable.
9. Winners’ prizes will be delivered within 28 days of notification of winning.
10. Employees and their immediate families and the Promoter’s agents are excluded from entry in to the prize draw.
11. Entrants agree to allow their names to be used without compensation if required by ntl:Telewest Business for publicity purposes.
12. By entering this prize draw all entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
13. ntl:Telewest Business reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or amend these terms and conditions where reasonably necessary. All entries become the property of ntl:Telewest Business, whose decisions in all matters are final.
